• Customer : the person placing an order through the platform.
• Products : skincare products and related items offered on the platform.
• Agreement : the sales agreement between Rooby and the customer, which is concluded after placing an order.

3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our platform. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

4. Offers and Prices

All products are subject to availability. Rooby reserves the right to remove products or change prices.

The prices of the products on the platform are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Any shipping costs will be listed separately and added during checkout.

5. Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement

An order is finalized when the customer completes the purchase process on the platform and receives a confirmation email from Rooby.

Rooby reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, for instance, in the event of payment issues or suspected fraud.

6. Payments

Customers can pay through the available payment methods on the platform, such as iDEAL, credit card, or other common payment options.

Payments must be made at the time of placing the order.

In case of payment issues or chargebacks, Rooby reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Rooby strives to ship orders within 1 business days after receiving payment. The delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Rooby is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Upon proper receipt of the returned items, Rooby will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.

9. Complaints and Warranty

If the customer has a complaint about a product or our service, it must be reported as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the product, in writing or via email to info@rooby.nl.

Rooby will respond to the complaint within 14 days after receiving it.

If a product is defective upon delivery, Rooby will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

10. Liability

Rooby is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products.

The total liability of Rooby to the customer will never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the products in question.

Rooby is not responsible for indirect damage, such as loss of income or profit.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that make the delivery of products or services impossible, Rooby is entitled to suspend or dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention and without any obligation to pay compensation.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Rooby reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms and conditions. The most current version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Rooby is established.
